Board of Governors and Young Lawyer Section Board Meetings

Hello, 

Please confirm your attendance to the Board of Governors and Young Lawyer Board meetings at the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown, WV.  The Board of Governors will meet on Friday, January 10, 2025 beginning at 1pm. The Young Lawyer Section will meet on Saturday, January 11, 2025 beginning at 9am. 

You must confirm your attendance by Friday, December 6, 2024.  Any unclaimed rooms will be released at this time. 

Additionally, there are a select number of rooms available on Thursday, January 9th for those that may need an earlier accommodation due to travel. If you wish to extend your stay to Saturday night, you may do so, but you will be responsible for paying for the additional night. If you are interested in either of these options please contact Kenadee Murphy at murphyk@wvbar.org.

Please note: If you indicate that you are able to attend the meeting and do not attend you will be responsible for paying for your room.
