Bankruptcy CLE

The West Virginia State Bar's Bankruptcy Committee is hosting a CLE on Friday November 1st- Saturday November 2nd at the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown, WV. 

The seminar will begin at 7:50 am with a welcome from Judges Bissett and Mignault. The seminar will have plenary sessions in the morning half of the presentation with sessions individualized for Consumer Bankruptcy and Commercial/Chapter 11 in the afternoon.

The registration fee is $325 and includes meals. This course has been approved for 12.4 hours of CLE Credit, including 4.2 hours in ethics.
