If your course sponsor did not apply for individual course approval and/or is not presumptively approved you will need to submit an Individual Attorney Course Approval.
Please check your MCLE transcript before reporting new activities. The WV MCLE Commission has requested that sponsors electronically report completion of WV credits to the MCLE Commission within 30 days of completion of the course. Please wait approximately two months before reporting your credits. You will receive an e-mail when a new course is posted to your personal record.
